Beginning November 6, 2025, find Un Deux Trois tucked into Hudson’s Detroit along Nick Gilbert Way—a charming French café truck from Café Sous Terre, ready to serve up espresso drinks, local pastries and coffee right in the plaza. Pull up a chair, sip something warm and stroll along seasonal displays and festive moments that make downtown feel just a little more magical.
And the name? Un, deux, trois—one, two, three. Detroit’s own story began with a French twist (its name comes from détroit, pronounced deh-TWAH), so it was only fitting to count in French too. Like the steps before a dance or the beat before a song begins, it sets the rhythm for a morning latte, flaky croissant and maybe even the whole day.
